COVID-19 and Life
I mean living in 2020 is the hardest and strangest part of my life thus far. Its forever a struggle for me to find a balance where I do not burn out. I did a vlog for 100 days and these blog posts for 20 weeks but I decided early on I was only going to do posts if they were easy and enjoyable. These posts have become work and I need a creative break. I still have my Facebook and Instagram if you would like to keep up with my day to day. Stop out there and stay in touch. xoxo emily

COVID-19 Self Distancing Week 19 Recap
I did not forget this week I have just been so busy. I am on vacation for a couple days so perfect time to catch you up on whats been going on with us in week 19 in the time of COVID-19. The weather was stormy last week so we had to creative with what we did.
Stella likes to bother me while I am working... daily.
Taking her afternoon nap by the door in the sun. This is now a daily thing after she eats at 4:30.
Someone got his motocycle. Check that off the bucket list. It is a Royal Enfield the oldest motorcycle brand in the world.
Hi, bike. I like it because it is actually pretty quiet.
If she sits on my lap while I am working there is a 95% chance I am going to snuggle her face. You can tell she hates it.
We finished our work step challenge that lasted a month. Goal was 10,000 steps a day for me. Did it! Some days were a struggle but I made it happen.
I got a migraine and Stella secretly loves when that happens because she gets endless snuggles.
I got my air fryer from work for my 10 year anniversary. It was like 3 months later but who is counting time in the time of COVID-19 anyway. I first tried mushrooms and broccoli in there. A delight! I have since tried beets, potatoes, and cannot wait to try fish!
I shared another life tip to stop your glasses from fogging. Go get some fog gone from Amazon.
We babysat my mom/dad's dog Greta all weekend. She is a goofy ball of energy.
She really loves Ryan. LIKE is attached to him.
She loved swimming at the beach and hiking on Saturday.
Ryan cruised on his bike while Greta and I were chilling in the car the whole ride.
Had a wonderful bonfire and drinks Saturday.

ALL local burger to finish off the weekend. Maplewood meat burger meat, Lamers dairy cheese, CSA basket onions (farmers best) and Voyageurs Sourdough buns. The only not local thing is the relish and ketchup. Which I am sort of determined to find now.
I feel like time is still flying by but also somehow super slow at the same time right now. I hope we can continue to adventure locally and enjoy some of the summer still.
Until next time~
